Lemoorecalicolorist policy’s * Canceling / rescheduling: if you cancel or reschedule your appointment once your appointment time is scheduled it will be a 50% fee to rebook or cancel. I will charge the card you have on file for the fee. Booking your appointment means you agree! * no shows : This is canceling less then 48 hours of your appointment time or not showing up to your appointment. In any situation a no show happens it is full price (100% appointment price)! * You MUST confirm on the reminder link that is sent to you. If you do not confirm your appointment within 24 hours it is considered a no show fee. If the card on file doesn’t work when I go to charge fees I will submit a form to small claims court in any situation. * COVID or SICK policy’s: due to the ongoing cancellations of Covid and flu season please understand when booking you’re appt if you need to cancel because of these reasons I will still have to follow my booking policy’s with cancellation fees! Please stay safe! * Payments: You have the choice to bring cash to your appointment or I can charge your card on file with a convince fee. ( gloss genius collects this service fee not me.) *extra costs : I have all my service prices set to a starting price. Depending on what service you are scheduling it can change the price based on your hair length and thickness .
